Justin began serving as Secretary at St. Luke in June 2011. He has lived most of his life in Spokane and graduated from Whitworth College in 2005 with a degree in English. He later went back to Whitworth and earned a certificate in Lay Ministry.

Justin is a life-long Lutheran who spent most of his childhood summers at Camp Lutherhaven. He enjoys hiking with his wife, cooking, reading, and writing.
